How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Request: Click on the following link to access our Account Deletion Request Form: wellxai.com/account-deletion-form.

Verification: After submitting the form, we will send a verification email to the email address associated with your account. Please follow the instructions in the email to confirm your identity and deletion request.

Processing Your Request: Once your request is verified, we will begin the process of deleting your account and associated data. This process may take up to 60 days to complete.

Data Deletion Details

When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, and any other personal details provided during account registration.

Usage Data: Any data generated through your use of Wellx, such as activity logs, preferences, and settings.

Data Retention: Please note that some data may be retained for a specific period due to legal or regulatory requirements. This includes:

Transactional Records: Any records related to financial transactions through the app may be retained for 5 years for accounting and tax purposes.

Aggregated Data: Non-personally identifiable information used for analytics and app improvement may be retained but will not be linked to your account once it is deleted.
