Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support our product team in building and scaling our wellness and insurance platform. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup.
You will work directly with senior product leaders and cross-functional teams to ship impactful features, analyze user data, and improve the customer experience. If you’re passionate about wellness, technology, and user engagement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and improve engagement
Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends and recommend improvements
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business teams to help execute the product roadmap

Assist in creating product specs, wireframes, and user stories for new features
Assist in defining and tracking product KPIs, such as activation rates and user retention
Test and validate features through A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis
Help manage backlog grooming and sprints in collaboration with the tech team
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related rol
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
Experience with user research, wireframing, or working with tech teams
Nice to have
Experience working in health-tech or insur-tech companies
Arabic language
